The Oceanside Developments group are Canadian investors operating in Mexico dedicated to the development, construction and sale of ocean front condominiums in Mazatlan's beautiful Golden Zone beach front areas. The creation of the Ocean Palms Tower, the first of four proposed projects in Mazatlan, provided the cornerstone for luxury and established the quality demanded for the most discerning North American buyer. With four proposed projects under construction or in the planning stages Oceanside is well on its way to Changing the Face of Mazatlan.

Four years ago the three Orth brothers, Ed, Darrell, James and father Ed Sr. joined forces with Donald Ballard, founder and CEO of Oceanside Developments International, to explore the opportunity of expanding their developments abroad. For the past ten years Donald Ballard has been actively investing in the Mexico real estate market and has identified Mazatlan as ready for rebirth as a retirement and vacation destination.
